This is some text inside of My name is Martín González. a div block.
Clear visual communication has been an essential part of my day-to-day life since I was a child. As a 10-year-old Immigrant from Colombia that did not speak English and had trouble expressing myself in my new environment, I quickly realized that my passion for creating and making art was the best way to connect with my potential new friends. Those same skills have become integral to my professional life ever since.
My experience as an art handler, which has exposed me to some of the most incredible art and culture in the world, has helped me develop a high-level sense of organization, creativity, and trustworthiness. I’ve learned to make my clients feel comfortable and safe about handling and transporting their million-dollar art, historical artifacts, or priceless objects. Simultaneously, my education as a fine-arts major has led me to develop visual literacy along with a unique approach to storytelling.
As a UX/UI designer, I bring a unique touch of my own aesthetic sensibility, a high level of empathy and understanding, positive and constructive energy to the team, and experience with logistics and customer service. I enjoy collaborating and learning new things about the world and myself so I look forward to seeing how I can contribute to a team of creatives in the future.
